The product is a solid 'cake' of pigment that turns into a cream or liquid when activated with water. The consistency is up to you! Use a wet brush of the desired size to mix water with the pigment cake to produce a cream that is ready to apply! It can be used on your eyelid as a liner or as face paint. With 7 shades to choose from and a super blendable formula - mix and match to create gradients and custom colours.
